Requirements:

You must have all of the following items in order to encode for live streaming:

- Dedicated Internet Connection (DSL, T1, etc...)
- Video capture card (for video)
- Sound card (for video and audio)
- IP Address
- Windows Media Encoder 7.1 or 9
